Companion Animal Veterinarian

Details of the offer

Permanent Full Time Companion Animal Vet – Southern Rangitikei Veterinary Services Limited
With the opening of a brand new purpose-built clinic in Marton, Southern Rangitikei Veterinary Services Limited is looking to expand its small animal veterinary team. This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading supportive team. We are looking for an experienced Companion Animal Veterinarian to roll up their sleeves and join our Bulls & Marton clinics. This is a permanent full-time position with no on-call requirements as this is covered by a regional after-hours service; however, the ideal candidate will work four weekdays and manage regular Saturday clinics.
To be considered for this role you will be:
An experienced companion animal veterinarian.
Confident in your skillset and able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
Organised, self-motivated, enjoy learning on the job, and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
Must be (or be eligible to be) registered with the Veterinary Council of New Zealand.
In return we offer:
A top remuneration package which includes CPD support and professional registration fees.
Both clinics are well-resourced, with the new Marton facility having a separate digital x-ray suite, and separate dental and surgery rooms.
A top team of support staff, all of whom are qualified Veterinary Nurses.
A "family-like" workplace culture and loads of social and collegial support.
Special interest areas are supported and encouraged.
