Their fabulous Commercial Business Development Manager is off on maternity leave and you could soon be joining a business that truly values genuine relationships, teamwork, integrity, creativity, fun, quality, and sustainability.

Working alongside the Founder and Creative Director and General Manager you'll be creatively and commercially inspired.
You'll be taking this gorgeous brand into new and fashionable territory - responsible for all SABEN B2B business in New Zealand and globally.
You'll get to make a real impact - developing, implementing, and driving the strategy for growth of new wholesale and online 3rd party and commercial channels.
You'll be building and growing relationships with market-leading brands and businesses.
You'll enjoy being part of a talented, fun, loyal, and collaborative team - working to achieve great things with key internal and external stakeholders including merchandise, marketing, and office teams.
To be considered for this role you'll ideally:
Love the idea of being an integral part of this very special business.
Have excellent customer relationship management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Be confident in your ability to strategically optimise opportunities and sales potential.
Be proactive, enjoy using your strong business acumen, and have a proven track record developing, implementing, and achieving a B2B sales strategy.
Be confident negotiating terms of trade, conducting post-season reviews, and creating seasonal sell plans.
Experience with CRM (Hubspot), Cin-7 Core, Klaviyo, and Asana (Team Collaboration) or similar systems.
Have experience working in international markets, with existing relationships in retail and distribution in Australia and/or globally.
Be prepared (and enthusiastic) to travel from time to time within NZ and to Australia. (Full driver's license required)
