We're seeking a highly skilled Global Account Program Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in coordinating and executing our global account plans. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Account Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely across multiple teams including sales, creative operations, product, and finance—to coordinate and execute our global account plans across key clients, which include the world's leading CPG brands. You will own strategic account plans and coordinate between all parties to ensure the account goals are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Collaborating with key leadership, you will build plans that align with the company's client and revenue objectives and drive cross-functional execution. As a Global Account Program Manager, you'll: Develop and own strategic account plans in coordination with sales leadership across the Americas, Europe, and APAC regions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account plans and goals are met, coordinating activities and communications among all stakeholders. Work seamlessly with sales, creative operations, product, and finance teams to align on objectives and execute plans effectively. Manage account information and track progress using CRM systems such as HubSpot, reporting on key metrics. Create master presentations, compile meeting notes, and outline next steps to keep all parties aligned and informed. Manage projects and coordinate activities across global teams, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and consistency. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong project management experience with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Experience working in a global context, coordinating across different regions and time zones. Familiarity with account planning and mapping in a corporate environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and presentation tools. Exceptional organisational and coordination skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to tackle various tasks. A willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of the advertising industry and emerging trends. Competency in managing and interpreting data. Familiarity with working across different cultures and regions.
