The ideal candidate will have the following: Fully qualified and experienced in a variety of glazing techniquesNatural leader, who can mentor and inspire others in the teamSkilled in working accurately with measurements with high levels of attention to detailA practical approach to solving problems with the ability to think on your feet and prioritize your work, without dropping the ballGreat communication skills with the ability to talk with people from all walks of lifeIdeally must be NZ | AUS | UK trade certified or equivalent proven training or alternative 3 years relevant hands-on experience performing structural glazing, frameless installations and/or retrofittingAbove all else, a customer focused service is essential as our professional team of specialist installers are in and out of people's homes.
