We're looking for a new General Manager to guide the team and deliver world-class hospitality for the 4000 highly engaged members and partners.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a senior General Manager within the hospitality sector.Strong business acumen with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.Excellent financial management abilities, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining exceptionally high service standards.Be a highly visible and authentic leader who will inspire and develop the staff to deliver exceptional service on a daily basis.The ability to communicate with a diverse range of committee members, club members, guests, and internal employees is paramount.
