It is our mission to support and empower Earth Gardens' Tangata Whaiora to reach their potential and live their best lives.A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who has the energy and passion to lead Earth Gardens as General Manager.About the RoleReporting to the Board, the General Manager will lead the organisation, supporting the strategic direction but is equally required to roll up their sleeves and be a hands-on operational leader. You will lead a small team, oversee the programme delivery and administrative requirements but also play an advocacy role in building key relationships. Key responsibilities of the role will include –Lead the day to day running of EGCT overseeing the efficient and effective administration of daily operations and business reportingFinancial oversight in conjunction with the external accountantEnsure excellence in service and programme delivery and managementLead and develop the team including all HR requirementsEnsure compliance and quality controlsWork to identify initiatives that will improve Tangata Whaiora experienceMaintain/build a strong organisational culture across the teamProgress funding applications and manage contracts with providers including MSDLiaison with stakeholders and partner organisationsAbout YouThe General Manager will be proactive, solution focussed and thrive in a service-focused environment.
