General Manager

The Operation Manager's primary purpose will be to:Provide leadership, competent and professional business and managerial oversight to Maraeroa Health Clinic and its staff.Facilitate the consistent delivery of high-quality whanau-centered services.Ensure all services align with support and strengthen whanau health and wellbeing outcomes.Ensure the Maraeroa Marae Health Clinic works collaboratively with our community, stakeholders, and tangata whaiora to uphold the quality and delivery of services, and actively support and deliver the use of Maori models of care within the Health Clinic service.Seek out and secure contracts that enhance the Maraeroa Marae Health Clinic's services.Regularly meet with, and prepare reports for, the Maraeroa Executive Komiti.Our preferred applicant will bring prior knowledge within the health sector.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a general manager?Have you worked in a role where you were responsible for budget management & forecasting?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
