Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plantDrive sales across existing accounts and develop strategic goals to identify new markets, reach new customers, ensuring quotations are delivered in a timely mannerStrategic review of pricing structures to maximise revenue targetsParticipate in industry shows to maintain pace with developments in technologyDrive environmental, health & safety practices and promote policiesFocus on continuous improvement for people development, plant and productionSkills and Experience: Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentHands-on approach with a 'can do' attitudeDriven, enthusiastic and flexible approach to changeBuild and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSales experience in the packaging industry (an advantage)About Us:
