Based at UniLodge Mayoral Drive, Auckland Great team and work culture Permanent full-time position Based at UniLodge Mayoral Drive, Auckland Great team and work culture We are seeking a General Manager to join our Mayoral Drive team in Auckland. You will be responsible for our 697 rooms student accommodation building located on the AUT campus in the central City of Auckland. ABOUT THE ROLE We require a full time General Manager to help oversee the day to day running of our property at UniLodge Mayoral Drive, Auckland. This is a hands-on role, overseeing the management of the Mayoral Drive UniLodge property. Your key responsibilities will include managing the overall financial management and performance as outlined in the financial model/budget, formulating strategy around business development, overseeing property maintenance, and managing people. In addition to this you will lead your team to create a unique experience for our residents through the development and implementation of the Residential Life Programs so that our residents have a feeling of being part of a great community. ABOUT YOU This position requires an individual with true commercial acumen. You will be experienced in senior operations management and leadership or something similar, ideally within the accommodation or hospitality industries. You will be a strong leader who is focused on high level service delivery and has a vision and passion for delivering outstanding experiences for our residence. It is essential that you hold a valid and current COVID full vaccination or exemption as per industry regulations.
