General Manager

Role description:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities could include:

Developing and implementing strategic plans
Leading business development efforts
Ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
Ensuring health and safety compliance
Overseeing project management
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance process

This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities: 

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
Proven leadership in structural steel engineering or related industry
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
