As part of the small executive team we are a tight bunch, who get into our areas of speciality when we need, details and all, and then strategise and discuss the broad business and its success and what we need to do in the next breath.

You'll play a key part in shaping our financial strategy while working closely with our amazing team.
What You'll Do:
Financial Reporting: Keep our financial reports accurate and timely—think budgets, forecasts, and those all-important month-end statements. You'll be the go-to for insights and recommendations.Budgeting & Forecasting: Team up with department heads, plus exec to create realistic budgets and monitor performance, providing actionable insights along the way.Accounts Management: Oversee our accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth operations and solid vendor relationships.Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processes to ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time, all while keeping compliant with the latest regulations.Process Improvement: Help us streamline our financial processes and policies—your insights will make a difference!Team Leadership: Lead and nurture our finance team, providing coaching and support to ensure everyone is growing and thriving in their roles.Who You Are:
An experienced Finance Manager, Accountant or similar - with a background in financial accounting and reporting.Analytical, clever and enjoy problem-solving.Also like people, process and how it all interactsAn ace communicator skilled at relationship building and growingIdeally CA or CPA qualified and living in Hamilton. What We Offer:
