At HortNZ, values like integrity, collaboration, and innovation drive everything they do. While they're deeply committed to the future of food production, they also foster a workplace where respect, a sense of humor, and a good chat about what's in season are all part of the culture.
The Role
As a senior leader at HortNZ, you'll oversee finance, legal, HR, IT, and administration, ensuring operational efficiency and financial sustainability. You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to provide strategic direction, drive improvements across key functions, and lead a high-performance, collaborative culture.

You've successfully managed teams across finance, HR, IT, and more.
You balance the big picture with tactical steps to make things happen.
You can distil complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and keep your team engaged.
