We are now looking for an experienced General Manager / Business Development Manager to help us scale our operations and lead our team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. Work closely with our admin team to make strategic operational decisions. Develop and execute growth strategies to expand our customer base and market share in the auto parts delivery sector. Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and foster existing client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction. Collaborate with team members across all levels, maintaining a hands-on, approachable leadership style that fits with our relaxed, inclusive culture. Manage sales, optimize logistics, and ensure the business operates efficiently and profitably. Regularly review and improve operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and company performance. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a General Manager or Business Development Manager role, preferably within logistics, delivery services, or a related industry. A solid understanding of the auto parts delivery market and customer needs. A leader who can work collaboratively with our admin team, building on their expertise and input to make informed, balanced decisions. Strong business development skills, with a track record of growing a business through effective strategies and partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster positive relationships both within the team and with clients. The ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
