Key Responsibilities: Lead a team and manage remote islands, backcountry recreation, and a large piece of public conservation land in the Auckland Region.
Work across the Department of Conservation (DOC) to roll out practical on-the-ground training.
Become a key member of the National Operations management team.
Lead wildfire management response and readiness and lift visibility of wildfire management across DOC.
