Job Description:Summerset Trentham is looking for an experienced Gardener to join the property team at our village! This is a busy and diverse role, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities. Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring well maintained, beautiful gardens and landscapesEnsuring the buildings, grounds and amenities are kept clean and tidy for residents, families and staff to enjoyWorking with the Property Manager & Village Manager to plan, manage and report on work plans and budgetsMaintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming appearance and manner for all residents & familiesThis is a permanent full-time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, one of the following shift patterns: Wednesday to Sunday 8am to 4.30pm OR Sunday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm. Qualifications:About You:
Ideally you will have gardening or landscaping experience. But more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
