Gaming Machine Technician Supervisor

The role:The Gaming Machine Technician Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily technical shift response to all gaming technical issues for Gaming Machines, Table Games, and Cashiering. An ability to handle several tasks is required because, as well as providing a proactive team response to fault identification and remedy, you will also be developing staff engagement and coaching team members.
You:This role would suit a motivated self-starter with a passion for people and a good knowledge of trends in Casino Gaming technology. You will also have previous supervisory or management experience within the Gaming/Technical services industry. A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electronics, or IT, with a focus on computer hardware would be advantageous.
