Job Description: As the Fund Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our new property fund, overseeing all aspects of investment strategy, portfolio management, and investor relations. You will play a key role in identifying high-potential property investments, conducting thorough market analysis, and ensuring the fund's performance aligns with our ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve targeted returns. Conduct market research and analysis to identify and assess potential property investments. Manage the fund's portfolio, including asset allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring. Engage with investors, providing regular updates and reports on fund performance. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to evaluate and execute property transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
