Smith's Mitre 10 Mega is a family-owned Christchurch business which strives to offer exceptional customer service to every customer every time.This is your opportunity to join the Papanui store and be part of the team that strives to make our Papanui Mega a number one destination for all trade and DIY alike.We are currently seeking an Electrical/Housewares & Storage salesperson and a Power Tools salesperson for our Papanui MEGA store.These are permanent full-time positions working Sunday to Thursday approximately 42.5 hours per week.We need team members who can connect with our customers through great customer service and excellent product knowledge, to ensure the customers leave inspired, confident, and equipped to complete their DIY projects.Qualifications:Enthusiasm and team spiritA passion for customer service excellenceGood time managementA quick and alert mindWillingness to learnA true team playerExcellent communication skillsPhysically fit as some lifting is requiredSales experience and solid product knowledge relevant to this department would also be a real advantageAn enthusiastic approach to salesComputer skillsThis is a good opportunity for the right person to be part of a great team and make a contribution to a growing business.
