Frontline Administrator

Our client works in the real estate sector and is seeking a great Frontline Administrator on a part-time basis (34 hours per week) to support the wider team and provide essential administrative support. This is a crucial role which will see you as the main contact for all visitors to the office. The role is busy and varied and will see you covering a range of tasks from organising mail, dealing with suppliers, setting up meeting rooms and running a variety of reports In this friendly and fast-paced environment, you will be based on reception where you will be covering a range of tasks including: Welcome visitors and sign them in and outDealing with external suppliers Making sure office facilities are stocked up Answer inbound calls and transfer as required Sort and distribute mailUpdate company contact details Setting up expense invoices (Xero)Ordering Lim reports, client gifts and helping to coordinate eventsTo be considered for this role the preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following: Previous reception experienceHave a friendly, warm and welcoming styleExperience in raising /creating invoicesGood administrative skills and experience with Xero (preferred)Good attention to detailA team playerAble to multitask Please note that due to the increased number of applications being received for our vacancies, we are only able to respond to successful applicants. ** only applicants with the legal right to work in New Zealand will be considered for this role.
