This exciting leadership opportunity as Front Office Manager overlooks both properties, working closely with the Rooms Division Manager.
Job Description
The duties of the Front Office Manager include:
Achieving a market-leading reputation for customer-focused service in a hotel's Front Office.
Managing guest arrivals and departures with a customer-centric approach.
Communicating and working closely with our owners, guests, and leadership team to ensure a smooth experience for all.
Being an active ambassador & recruiter, leading and training our teams in Accor's Global Loyalty Program - ALL.
Efficiently managing all Front Office services and prioritizing guest needs.
Ensuring timely maintenance requests and prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Operating a precise night audit, preparing monthly reports, and liaising with departments for quality control.
Qualifications
Front Office Experience: Previous Front Office experience is essential.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of Management experience.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
GM Certificate: Possession of or the ability to obtain a current GM Certificate.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role and capacity.
Skills & Attributes: Strong Opera knowledge, personable nature, excellent communication, a passion for developing others, and strong leadership skills.
Additional Information
Permanent Full-time role - 40 hours per week - Salary of $70,000 per year.
