Let's make it happen!Job DescriptionCreating a memorable guest experience for our guests that will leave them wanting to return for more.Be the eyes and ears for the Front Office by leading by example and coaching and developing them to feel empowered and supported.Oversee compliance, departmental budgeting, and relationship building with the wider heads of department and Pullman team.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role within a premium luxury hotel setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and/or Russian; proficiency in English.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to train and develop staff.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly and effectively.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Additional InformationCompetitive salary.Private health insurance.Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels Worldwide.Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.Opportunity to grow within the property and across the world!Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
