About The Role - Te Mahi An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office Team at Sudima Lake Rotorua.
This is a key role within the hotel, you will be responsible for the Front Office operations as well as the financial results of the department, while leading your team in providing an outstanding visit for our new and returning guests.
Responsibilities | Nga Haepapa Manage Front Office Operations including rostering, ensuring staffing levels cover business demands in the most cost-effective manner Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures Complete a month end reporting on the department Obtain maximum occupancy and average rate Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office team with an emphasis on training and teamwork Assess all workplace procedures and equipment for hazards and identify ways to eliminate or minimise risk.
