About you:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience delivering exceptional customer service and of working with PMS systems is preferred.
Must be confident working as part of a team and individually.
Must have experience in sales and be self-starting.
Professional attitude and appearance and excellent organisational skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
This is a part-time role with the possibility of full-time hours for the right candidate. Availability on evenings and weekends is a must.
The shifts are based on a rotating roster, a mixture of morning 6.30am - 2.15pm and 2.15pm - 10.15pm, which gives you the flexibility to enjoy all that Taupo has to offer.
