The Role The role is part of the Front Office team, delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted and a tailored made experience is delivered. This role includes reception duties, porter duties and driver duties, giving great variety to your day! We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke guest experience whether it be greeting and checking in guests, assisting with luggage, delivering room service, driving guests in our shuttle services or providing a luxury airport service from ZQN to Millbrook Resort.
Success Profile Passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry Minimum of at least 12 months experience within a similar role preferable Excellent guest relations and communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Professional and immaculately presented Knowledge and experience with Opera Hotel Management systems is preferred Ability to work on own initiative, as well as work as an effective team player Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach Ability to work weekends, public holidays, shift work including nights Confident driving guests in Millbrook vehicles Full clean Driver's Licence is essential, P class endorsement desirable (we will support you to attain P class) Q&A with Charlotte Laurentin - Front Office Manager Describe your leadership style? What are some of your favourite aspects of working in the Front Office department? Again, the team makes the Front Office department such an enjoyable team to be part of. I also love taking care of our guests and finding creative ways to make their stay more memorable. Not one day is the same!
