We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team at our Auckland Head Office in Queen Street. About the Role As the Front Office Administrator, reporting directly to the Facilities Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our Front Office. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities Managing the Front Office areas to guarantee an outstanding experience for both internal and external customers. Serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, service providers, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming reception. Ensuring meeting room occupation effectively meets business needs. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Managing and processing all incoming, outgoing mail and courier requirements, including digitally scanned mails. Assisting on various operational and administrative tasks including security initiatives. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous reception experience. An excellent phone manner and strong communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications and office software. A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people. Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
