We are looking for experienced front-of-house staff who want to become part of a business that fosters a supportive and developmental environment. Developing their own leadership skills while maintaining the highest quality of service. Any level of experience will be considered; however, a minimum of 1 year's hospitality experience and/or a Duty Managers Licence would be beneficial.

The role:
Serve food and beverages in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
Maintain a good understanding of the products and promotions we have to offer.
Align and understand the culture of hospitality within Oxley's.
Able to apply hospitality through all aspects of the guest's journey.
Have a good understanding of our customer loyalty systems and how this impacts the business and local community.
Able to foster good relationships with staff, leaders, management, suppliers, and our customers.
Able to support and develop team members through leadership and training.
Understand and follow the company's cash handling policy, and cleanly complete daily reconciliation.
Understand the impact that order accuracy has on the cost of goods sold.
Understand and follow the company's stock control policy.
Understand how to receive inward goods and complete stock takes.
Understand the impact hazards can have on the business, staff, and guests.
Understand and comply with all policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with liquor licenses.
Rates of Pay will be dependent on experience.
