Award-winning Fife Lane Kitchen & Bar provides our community with a unique, committed hospitality business and inspires in our team a passion for exceptional food, wine, and service.
We focus on creating genuine hospitality and an elevated dining experience. We operate Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm.
What do we offer?
A minimum of 15-20 hours a week, as well as a competitive base wage. We recognize improvement and ability within the employee.
Bonus structure called PIP for all staff. This is a weekly bonus of a percentage of sales when we hit our goal, as well as weekly tips.A team with operational programs and open-book management that allow you to understand the business side of Fife Lane and use these to help develop and grow your skillset.Regular training opportunities, both in-house and online, available to all staff; we actively encourage our team to upskill.Sunday and Monday off every week.Our goal is to continue building our team of world-class people.
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
Confidence in communicating, both with guests and colleagues.Minimum of basic food and beverage/wine knowledge; we are always happy to share knowledge and help you grow.The ability to multitask whilst working in a fast-paced, busy environment (we are fully booked most nights).A passion for providing outstanding hospitality.This role is available for immediate start. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer Sponsorship Visa support.
