Front House Staff - Barista Columbus Cafe at Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington is locally owned and dedicated to offering fresh, premium quality food made in-house.
We are seeking part-time Front of House staff for our bustling cafe.
To succeed in this role, you should have: Experience in a busy, fast-paced cafe environment.
Confident barista skills is essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High energy and a positive attitude.
The ability to perform well under pressure.
Must have the ability to work on weekends as we operate 7 days per week on roster.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who remains calm, cheerful, and focused in high-pressure situations.
While prior experience is valuable, your enthusiasm and attitude are what will truly set you apart.
