Role Overview:
As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
Handle bookings, cancellations, and payments
Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Help maintain a clean and organized front desk and communal areas
Assist with administrative tasks and help manage hostel activities
Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about travel and hospitality
Friendly, approachable, and highly organized
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with booking software is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
