Hourly Rate: $28.49 (paid fortnightly)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Contract Duration: 4th of November 2024 - 31st of January 2025

Critical competencies needed as a Freight Investigator include priority setting, an inquisitive mind, action orientation, customer and results focus, continuous improvement, and strong peer relationships.
The ideal candidate will:
Be available to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.
Have experience in the following areas:
Phone-based customer service role
Microsoft Office experience with fast and accurate keyboard skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation and solutions resolution
Planning and organisational skills, especially when managing multiple tasks and deadlines
The ability to think outside the box and the motivation to go the extra mile
