$28.49 per hour paid fortnightly
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
Duration: 4th of November 2024 - 31st of January 2025

We are now seeking an outstanding Freight Investigator to support the Auckland Operations Centre based at 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki.
Critical competencies needed as a Freight Investigator include:

Peer relationships
The ideal candidate will need to be available to work Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. This is a fixed term contract to support our peak period over summer.
Experience in the following areas is expected:
Phone based customer service role
Microsoft Office experience along with fast and accurate keyboard skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation and solutions resolution
Planning and organisational skills, especially when it comes to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
The ability to think outside the square and the motivation to go the extra mile - Delivering More!
All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Any appointment will be subject to a satisfactory drug test and security check.
