We are thrilled to offer a fantastic role as FP & A Senior Manager, reporting to our General Manager of Commercial Finance & Planning. In this role, you will lead TVNZ's business-wide financial planning and performance processes and responsibilities. Your focus will be:
Lead the provision of management reporting that ensures TVNZ's business performance (including risks and opportunities) is clearly understood by senior leaders and drives good decision-making.
Lead the development and execution of budgets and forecasts that are aligned to TVNZ's purpose, strategies, and values.
Partner with key stakeholders including the CFO, Executive team, and Finance Business Partners to achieve outcomes.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
Wealth of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial systems and competence in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Anaplan and PowerBI preferred but not required.
Confident to influence and mobilise cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
