Foreperson Gardener

We're looking for an experienced Foreperson Gardener to lead our gardening team in maintaining and enhancing our landscapes. This role is perfect for someone with a strong horticultural background and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities Team Management : Oversee, train, and motivate the gardening team.
Garden Care : Manage planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and pest control.
Project Oversight : Assist with workflow planning and seasonal projects.
Safety & Compliance : Enforce health and safety standards.
Requirements 3+ years in gardening or landscaping supervision.
Strong plant knowledge and garden planning skills.
Proficiency with gardening tools; pesticide certification a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
