Senior Architectural Designer (Lbp)

I am currently working with a residential construction company based in Tauranga who are looking for an LBP Certified Senior Architectural Designer to join the team.
Due to a strong pipeline of work upcoming for 2025, they are looking for someone who would be happy with the following experience:
Preparation of a full design document including drawings and specifications, checking the design against statutory requirements.
Excellent design skills, sketching and rendering skills for presentation, and the ability to develop drawings from concept to design development.
Thorough knowledge of construction details.
Sound knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code, NZ Standards, Territorial Regulations, and RMA.
Lead a small team of staff and report progress to the company manager in charge.
*You must be LBP Certified to be considered for this role.*
They are looking to pay up to circa $110,000 for this position depending on experience, but can be flexible for someone who is a great fit. This is a great role for someone looking for the next step in their career into a role with more responsibility.
