Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours/days as required, you will be responsible for:Promoting a safety-first culture and lead and mentor your team towards excellenceComplete daily quality assurance documentationEnsure daily targets are meetPlant maintenanceCrew Development – Training of staff on all aspects of chipseal surfacingWhat you'll bring to the roleExtensive experience within the Civil Construction Industry is requiredThorough understanding of construction equipment Full Class 1 licenceWTR licence endorsementsTC Basic Certificate and First aid desirableA commitment to the highest standards of Health, Safety & QualityAbout UsHiggins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
