Your primary goal is to guide a cohesive team, ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Your dedication to precision, guest satisfaction, and teamwork will be essential for the success of every dining experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesYou set the pace and lead by example during busy service periods.Collaborate with the team and spark motivation to attain exceptional results together.Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story.Upselling isn't just about numbers; it's about crafting an unforgettable experience that leaves our guests craving for more.When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines.Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge.Skills and ExperienceProficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table & event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills.Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork.Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
