Food & Beverage Supervisor

Millennium Hotels and Resorts – Taupo, North Island We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
This is a full-time position (minimum 32 hours per week) on a roster basis.
Flexibility to work days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and split shifts is essential, along with a positive attitude.
Millennium Hotel and Resort Manuels Taupo is a beautiful boutique hotel situated right on the edge of Lake Taupo.
It boasts magnificent views of the lake, mountains, and town, award-winning restaurants, exceptional conference venues, and a long-standing reputation for excellent, friendly service.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and conference/event operations.
Maintain a positive team environment.
Lead and develop the team, providing on-the-job training and coaching.
Collaborate with the Manager to continuously improve and innovate.
Skills and Requirements: Availability to work days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and split shifts.
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
Current LCQ Certificate or ability to obtain one.
