Food & Beverage Supervisor

Set on 6,000 acres of Pacific coastland, the Lodge at Kauri Cliffs is located in the Bay of Islands, at the top of the North Island of New Zealand.What you will doWe are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our fantastic team.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will work alongside one of the most professional Food & Beverage teams in the country.
In your role, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service and supporting your team.In addition to your immaculate presentation and positive attitude, you will:Be passionate about hospitality; demonstrated through your experience.Have proven wine and beverage knowledge.Be a team player who is caring, flexible, and respectful.Lead by example.Have experience training staff.Be reliable, honest, and engaged with excellent attention to detail.Stock-taking, ordering, and invoicing (desirable).What we offerWe offer on-site accommodation, competitive wages, and a Staff Perks Programme.You must have your own reliable transport.
