The Role
We're on the hunt for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dynamic team and elevate the guest experience.

What You'll Do: Lead the charge in creating memorable dining moments.Supervise and inspire a team of vibrant Food & Beverage Attendants.Oversee service across Barrel & Co. Bar and Grill, room service, and events.Be the driving force behind efficiency, quality, and a top-tier guest experience.Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless service. Qualifications
What You'll Bring: Experience in hospitality, with leadership or supervisory roles of +2 years.A can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet.Experience in bar skills and cocktail making.Exposure to training and development of team members.A love for teamwork and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.Attention to detail, ensuring every plate, drink, and guest interaction is perfect.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
