Job Description Assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued Constant communication with all departments Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items and hotel services.
Supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience Supervising, guiding and training the team in departmental policy and procedures as well as product knowledge Develop a sales approach and passion for driving and generating business Promote and ensure strong communication of ALL (Accor Live Limitless) and the Ennismore 'Dis-loyalty' memberships as key loyalty benefit programs.
Qualifications A New Zealand Masters or Bachelor's degree in a Hospitality Management related field, or, 2 years experience in a supervisory role Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests Current LCQ certificate, First Aid Certified and Managers Certificate for Alcohol Licensing  Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions Prior Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment Exceptional grooming and communication Additional Information SO/ BENEFITS Staff meal provided per shift Uniform and dry-cleaning of uniform International accommodation and retail discounts across varying Accor Hotels properties Family & Friends Hotel Discounts Ongoing reward and recognition incentives and awards.

Annual Salary of $65,750, in a Full Time permanent role – 40 hours guaranteed per week.
