From running smooth and efficient service to inspiring and training the team, you'll ensure every plate, pour and interaction is delivered with excellence. You'll also play a key role in weaving Rambler into the Drifter experience – creating a seamless connection between food, drinks and the stories our guests take with them.No job is too small, no moment too big – you'll embrace every challenge with energy and passion, leading by example in everything you do.You will bring:Proven experience in F&B management within the hospitality industry.A strong understanding of food concept delivery, a flair for customer service, and a keen eye for detail.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A current NZ manager's certificateAt Drifter and Rambler, we don't just create spaces – we create moments.
