The Role | Te mahiThe Food & Beverage Duty Manager is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day operations of the food and beverage team on shift in the hotel. This includes covering restaurant, bar, room service, mini bar, and function operations while maintaining standards and enhancing guest experience. Additional duties may be requested by the F&B Manager or Conference Manager, such as stocktakes, ordering, training new team members, and ensuring security within the department as well as the safety and wellbeing of employees on shift.Who We Are | Ko Wai MatouNovotel Christchurch Airport employees are dedicated to ensuring our guests feel welcome.
