The Role | Te mahiThe Food & Beverage Duty Manager is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day operations of the food and beverage team on shift in the hotel. This includes covering restaurant, bar, room service, mini bar, and function operations while maintaining standards and enhancing guest experience.
