We are looking for experienced front-of-house shift managers who want to become part of a business which fosters a supportive and developmental environment. Developing their own leadership skills while maintaining the highest quality of service.

Pay $28.18 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with Kitchen and FOH staff to ensure the shift operates smoothly.
Effectively manage staff on shift, ensuring that the operation of the restaurant meets agreed standards.
Maintain a high level of morale and team cooperation.
Ensure FOH has a sufficient level of staffing for the shift and staff follow procedure when taking reservations.
Ensure that all FOH staff on shift are aware of their obligations pursuant to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and the company's liquor licence is not jeopardised.
Use best practice to manage staff in a fair and legal manner, take appropriate disciplinary action when required and comply with company policies.
Food and drink specials, along with any unavailable items, are communicated to FOH staff.
Any entertainment planned for that evening is prepared for.
Follow cash handling processes to ensure all funds and proceeds belonging to the business are accounted for.
What we are looking for:
3 years hospitality experience with 2 years at supervisory level.
Hold your License Controller Qualification (LCQ).
A passion for the hospitality industry and people-focused.
A professional and friendly attitude.
A passion for developing people in a supportive environment.
Strong work ethic with good time management.
