Rostered designed with a life balance focus.Pay $28.18 per hourStrong and supportive team environment.Leadership coaching and ongoing support from the management team.Duties & Responsibilities: Serve food and beverages in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with Kitchen and FOH staff to ensure the shift operates smoothlyEffectively manage staff on shift, ensuring that the operation of the restaurant meets agreed standardsMaintain a high level of morale and team cooperation, Ensure FOH has a sufficient level of staffing for the shift and staff follow procedure when taking reservationsEnsure that all FOH staff on shift are aware of their obligations pursuant to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and the company's liquor licence is not jeopardised.Use best practice to manage staff in a fair and legal manner, take appropriate disciplinary action when required and comply with company policiesFood and drink specials, along with any unavailable items, are communicated to FOH staffAny entertainment planned for that evening is prepared forFollow cash handling processes to ensure all funds and proceeds belonging to the business are accounted for.What we are looking for: 3 years hospitality experience with 2 years at supervisory levelHold your License Controller Qualification (LCQ)A passion for the hospitality industry and people-focused.A professional and friendly attitude.A passion for developing people in a supportive environment.Excellent communication skills.Strong work ethic with good time management.
