Fmis Business Analyst

Our client is embarking on an exciting journey of modernising their Finance Management Information System (FMIS) digital solutions and services.
They are seeking a Business Analyst with a background in TechnologyOne and Procure to Pay project delivery.
This is an hourly rate contract role for 6 months.
Only candidates that are currently based in New Zealand will be considered for this role.
As a Business Analyst, your role will be integral to the successful delivery of our client's Financial Management upgrade project.
You will be responsible for capturing the bank's Procure to Pay requirements, leading system testing, and contributing to the design of a new operating model.
Your expertise will help shape the future state of their financial management systems, ensuring streamlined processes and increased operational efficiency.
Experience working on delivery of TechnologyOne or other Financial Management Information Systems would be strongly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Capture the bank's Procure to Pay requirements and represent these in vendor design sessions Process mapping with a focus on future state in Nintex Process Manager Document test plans/cases and lead system testing / user acceptance testing Contribute to the design of a new operating model Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of processes Support the implementation of additional modules 'Sourcing' and 'Contract Management' This role will play a pivotal part in streamlining business processes, introducing better finance system workflows, and automating manual processes.
