We are looking for a motivating individual to lead a team of up to 18 staff to achieve productivity and quality outcomes. Your leadership duties will be carried out while you work as part of the production line. The work involves quality control, flower processing and bunching, and product assembly. It may involve working in a chiller at low temperatures and lifting up to 20KG.
Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays.
Hours: 20.00 hours per week (this is the minimum to account for quiet seasons).
Shift Times: 05.00am - Finish.
Location: Our floral packhouse in Mount Wellington.
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:
Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated to achieve excellence.
Ability to work fast and accurately.
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
Team player.
Commitment to Saturday shifts.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Warehouse leadership experience.
Floral experience advantageous.
