You will be joining a family-owned business that prides itself on its genuine relationships and loyal customer base. They have an extensive range of contemporary and luxury flooring; carpet, timber, laminate, and vinyl ranges. Plus, they also represent brands in furniture, bedding, and appliances across their other stores.The JobAs a flooring sales specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers; residential, group housing companies, contractors, and architects. At times, you'll need to go out to clients' houses to measure and quote; you'll also project manage and maintain relationships with commercial or large volume customers. You'll work 5 days a week, which will include one weekend day – it's their busiest time and great to maximize sales and earn your commission.You will be paid a base salary of $23.50-26 per hour plus commission. This is where the real potential is, and you can make good money earning good commission.The Right PersonAttitude is key! We want someone who loves working with customers, can take direction easily, and works hard. You'll need sales experience and a full clean driver's license. If you've sold flooring before, great!
