Flooring Sales Consultant

The Company
Join this one-stop shop of homeware brands.  You will be joining a family owned business who pride themselves on their genuine relationships and loyal customer base.  They have an extensive range of contemporary and luxury flooring; carpet, timber, laminate and vinyl ranges.  Plus, they also represent brands in furniture, bedding and appliances across their other stores.  
  
The Job
As a flooring sales specialist you are the first point of contact for customers; residential, group housing companies, contractors and architects.  At times you'll need to go out to client's houses to measure and quote, you'll also project manage and maintain relationships with commercial or large volume customers.  You'll work 5 days a week which will include one weekend day – it's their busiest time and great to maximise sales and earn your commission. 
  
You will be paid a base salary of $23.50-26 per hour plus commission.  This is where the real potential is and you can make good money earning good commission.

The Right Person
Attitude is key!  We want someone who loves working with customers, can take direction easily and work hard.  You'll need sales experience and a full clean drivers licence.  If you've sold flooring before, great!  But if not, and you could be passionate about it, then let's chat.  Your drive and energy will shine and your communication skills and confidence in helping customers source the right flooring is essential.
