Floor Finisher

Our growing, national based business provides flooring services which utilises surface concreting, coatings and preparation services. Surface preparation of concrete through, amongst others, grinding, acid washing, and the application of surface coating through sealing, grouting and polishing. The business is based in Auckland, and covers all of NZworking in the commercial, civil, industrial and residential sectors. 
We are seeking 2 skilled and experienced finishers/applicators for across all our branches, who can utilise their skills on concreting, coating and polishing with the surface preparation of concrete floors so that result is professional and top quality prepared, polished and coated floors. 
This is a permanent position with working hours between 6:00am - 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Variety applies with weekends, night shifts and out of town work. You may need to drive staff, equipment and materials to sites if required.  
Usual hours of work shall be a maximum of 70 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. 
At least 2 years relevant experience in commercial, industrial and residential concreting or coating application, concrete preparation for coatings, and concrete surface or flooring installation are required. 
Knowledge and demonstrable skill in concrete surface preparation and cleaning procedures; basic communication skills and working knowledge of English; attention to details and ability to learn quickly; and good team player.
The role offers competitive pay rate $29.66 - $32.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.
