Respond to enquiries and bookings over the phone, via email, and at our Queenstown Airport kiosk. Proactively promote & drive sales of all Glenorchy Air products.Manage reservations and resourcing.Coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the safest and most efficient way possible.Prepare each flight departure with legal weight and balance requirements. Monitor operating aircraft locationsEfficiently communicate changes with the team as they happen throughout the day. Provide ground crew support to Pilots when needed.Reschedule passengers or organise refunds if flights are cancelled due to weather. Ensure Glenorchy Air H&S policies are adhered to and actively contribute to our Safety Management System. Based at Queenstown Airport, you will be working in a busy environment with small, tight-knit team. You will be working varied hours between 7.30 am – 6:30 pm, within a 7-day-a-week business.
